Privacy & your inquiry.
A plain-language explanation of the information this website handles.
Information you provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional company or project name, engagement interest, and message. This information is used to review your request and respond to you.
How an inquiry is handled
When email delivery is configured, a successful submission sends your inquiry to the agency inbox through the configured mail provider. If sending fails, the form tells you and preserves the text on the page so you can retry or email directly. A sent confirmation means the mail service accepted the inquiry, not that a person has read it.
Browser storage and external services
This website does not add advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or browser storage for form drafts. Fonts and interface assets are served with the site. The server uses a short-lived, in-memory submission limit based on the connecting network address. Hosting and email providers may retain their normal service logs and message records.
What to leave out
Please do not submit passwords, private keys, sensitive personal information, or confidential client records through the introductory form. Appropriate access arrangements can be agreed for an engagement.
Questions about your information
Contact hello@buildfutures.ai to ask about an inquiry you have sent or request removal of its details. Messages may need to be retained where required for an agreed engagement or applicable obligations.
