Prototype-to-Production Review

Your prototype works. Find out what it needs next.

For founders with a working demo, an AI-built prototype, or an early product that needs a credible route to reliable use.

When this is the right starting point

Something already exists. You need to understand why it underperforms and what is worth changing.

What you leave with

  1. A diagnosis grounded in the current system and user task
  2. A keep, change, or rebuild recommendation with tradeoffs
  3. Targeted checks of the highest-risk product behavior
  4. A prioritized delivery plan and acceptance criteria

How the engagement is shaped

A focused diagnostic first, with a separate proposal for any implementation that follows.

Codebase size, reproducibility, system access, and the depth of the checks determine the estimate. The proposal states the deliverables, responsibilities, estimate, and acceptance criteria.

What we need from you

Bring a reproducible problem, access to the relevant code or workflow, and examples of success and failure. We agree what can be inspected safely.

Where the scope ends

The review delivers an assessment and a scoped next step. Implementation and ongoing support are separate scopes. A rewrite is recommended only when the evidence supports it; a review alone does not certify production readiness.

Bring the problem. We’ll help find the next step.
